FoundUB4 is a small, senior-led agency. You get direct access to founder Barrie Le Gall and no rotating junior account managers. We typically need a minimum ad budget of around £1.5K/month to test properly, show initial signal within 2 to 4 weeks, and don't offer guaranteed results, because nobody honest in paid media can promise those.
How is this different from a typical agency?
You get direct access to our founder, Barrie Le Gall, and senior-level oversight on every account. FoundUB4 is built deliberately small so accounts don't get handed off to a rotating cast of junior staff after the sale. You get agency resourcing without the layers that usually slow things down.
What if I've tried paid ads before and they didn't work?
Failed campaigns usually stem from a handful of fixable execution issues: faulty tracking, poor account structure, weak messaging, a landing page that doesn't match the ad, or no real testing plan. We diagnose and fix these foundational problems before touching optimisation.
I have a small budget. Will this still work?
Under £1K/month typically means organic growth is a better starting point than paid ads. At £1.5K to £3K/month, focused testing becomes viable. £5K+/month allows for proper testing and scaling. We'll give you an honest budget assessment on the discovery call, including telling you if it's not the right time yet.
How quickly will I see results?
Testing typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, optimisation runs 4 to 8 weeks, and scaling from 8 weeks onward. Most clients see initial signal within the first month, enough to show what's converting and whether there's a profitable path forward.
What industries do you work with?
Experience spans service businesses, DTC and e-commerce brands, health and wellness, B2B lead generation, and local services. Really, any sector with a clear, proven offer and a genuine audience to reach.
Do you guarantee results?
No, and you should be wary of anyone in paid advertising who does, given the number of variables outside any one person's control. What we do guarantee is direct, hands-on work from an experienced consultant, proven frameworks, fully transparent reporting, and the same accountability we'd want if it were our own budget.
Can I work with you on more than one service at a time?
Yes, most long-term clients bundle two or three services (for example, Meta Ads plus a booking funnel, or Google Ads alongside Growth Consultancy) once the first channel proves itself. We'll map the right order for your budget on the discovery call.
Do you require a long-term contract?
We'll talk through commitment terms on the discovery call based on the service and scope involved. As a general principle, we'd rather earn a long-term relationship through results than lock you into one you can't leave.
