Barrie builds the AI systems that do the digging; the judgment on what to fix and how comes from him.

Ecommerce and DTC brands running Meta, TikTok, and Google ads, and service businesses running paid search and lead-gen ads. Both need existing ad spend and a working baseline to build from, not a first campaign from scratch.

Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and ChatGPT Ads, alongside landing pages, CRO, and growth strategy. I don't currently manage LinkedIn or Amazon Ads.
What's included in the Diagnostic?
A free cross-channel audit of your Meta, Google, TikTok, and ChatGPT accounts and your tracking setup. You get a prioritized list of what's wasted, what's mis-tracked, what's underpriced, and what to fix first, not a slide deck of general observations. There's no charge for the call or the diagnostic itself.
How does the 30% conversion guarantee work?
Starting from your Diagnostic, Barrie manages and optimizes your Meta and Google accounts for 90 days. If conversions haven't grown by 30% against your baseline by day 90, he keeps working on the account at no extra cost until they have. It requires an existing, profitable ad account, creative control, and a business that isn't selling anything shady, illegal, or involved in multi-level marketing.
How is AI actually used in the work?
Barrie builds and runs the AI systems himself: scanning creative and audience data, flagging wasted search terms and bid issues, generating and prioritizing landing page test variants, and surfacing patterns across accounts. Every recommendation and every fix is still reviewed and made by Barrie personally, not automated end to end.
Will I work with Barrie directly, or a team of account managers?
Directly with Barrie. Accounts aren't handed off to a junior after the contract is signed.
