Here’s what you can expect leading up to your appointment
1. Confirmation Email
You will receive a detailed confirmation email shortly. It will include your appointment details, along with the name and contact information of your designer (if applicable), and any special instructions to ensure a smooth consultation.
2. Reminder Emails
To keep you on track, we’ll send you reminder emails at key intervals. You’ll get a 24-hour reminder, followed by another one an hour before your appointment to make sure you're ready.
3. Be Ready for Your Appointment
On the day of your appointment, please ensure you're ready a few minutes ahead of time. Have your phone nearby in case we need to contact you. We’ll be ready to start your consultation as soon as you are!
